1. Acceptance and eligibility
By using the platform, the account holder and organization accept these terms. An organization creator must be authorized, and a child must use the service with the supervision and consent required in their environment.
2. Organization responsibility
- Manage members and roles, removing access when no longer authorized.
- Maintain an appropriate basis for child data and inform families about use.
- Maintain safeguarding and emergency procedures and appoint a responsible reviewer.
3. Acceptable use
Users must not probe the service, bypass tenant isolation, upload harmful or unlawful content, impersonate others, send spam, or use the platform for discriminatory or punitive decisions about a child.
4. Results and AI
Scores and analysis are supportive signals, not clinical facts. Generated content may contain errors or bias and must be reviewed and edited before use or sharing.
5. Subscription and payment
Fees, currency, and billing period are shown before payment. A plan may change at renewal after appropriate notice. Subscription expiry does not remove the organization’s responsibility to retain or export data during the available period.
6. Ownership and license
Organizations retain ownership of their data and original content and grant Feel Journey a limited license to process it to provide the service. The platform, design, and components remain the property of their respective owners.
7. Availability, suspension, and termination
Service may be interrupted for maintenance or security. Accounts that threaten safety or breach these terms may be suspended. At termination, export and deletion follow the plan and retention policy.
8. Liability boundaries and changes
The service is provided within applicable legal limits without a promise that every signal is complete or suitable for every case. Terms may be updated as the product or requirements change, with a revision date and notice of material changes.
